Adrian Olszewski
@adrianolszewskiA clinical biostatistician in love with R. I'm working in a 100% R-based CRO, bringing the power of R to clinical trials. (logistic regression IS a regression)

Testing hypotheses through statistical models opens a universe of new possibilities. Learn how to improve your daily work with this approach.
Despite the popular yet wrong claim that logistic regression "is not a regression", it's one of the key regression and hypothesis testing tools in epxerimental research (like clinical trials). I will share information from my field to break the weird situation where I am told that what I and lots of statisticians do on daily basis cannot be done.
Despite the very common claim that Mann-Whitney (-Wilcoxon) and Kruskal-Wallis compare medians, this is often not the case. I will try to show you why, how dangerous this is to your research and propose valuable resources on this very topic.
My various thoughts on statistical methods used in clinical trial statistics and more. Maybe I'll make a blog out of it in the future...
